Step 1: Submit Your Application

Actions

1.1 Download the Form from FTIP or the website of TAF.

1.2 Fill out the Application carefully with all required details, such as provision of brand, model, and serial numbers for all mobile phones and radio communication(s) devices.

1.3 Visit the TAF office and submit the completed Form with the TMO receipt. Or fax to the number +679 3310110, or email a copy of the scanned TMO receipt to tafengineering@taf.org.fj

1.4 TAF will verify the Application Submitted.

1.5 If the application is rejected, you will be notified via email along with the reasons for rejection.
