5.1 As the permit holder, you are required to:

  • Submit periodic reports/returns on your activities to the WPC Administrator

  • Maintain proper records of:

    • Quantities imported and processed

    • Collection, recycling, and disposal operations

5.2 Allow inspections by Department of Environment officers
