1 Import License for Used Motor Vehicles Licensing Requirement Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) The importation of used or reconditioned motor vehicles into Fiji is subject to specific regulations under the Customs (Prohibited Imports and Exports) Regulation 1986. For hybrid vehicles, only those manufactured within the last five years and compliant with Euro 4 standards are permitted. For diesel & petrol vehicles only those manufactured within the last eight years and compliant with Euro 4 standards are permitted. LPG and CNG vehicles to be Euro 4 compliant only.
