| 1 | Authorized Motor Vehicle Dealers (AMVD) License | Authorized Motor Vehicle Dealers (AMVD) focus on ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Dealers would be required to adhere to vehicle certification processes, offer warranties, and provide after-sales services, including maintenance and repairs. Additionally, they must educate consumers about vehicle options, financing, and ownership responsibilities, with an emphasis on promoting road safety and environmental awareness. As the market shifts toward sustainability, AMVDs would be encouraged to expand their inventories to include electric and hybrid vehicles. This measure would aim to protect consumers, promote eco-friendly practices, and ensure the quality and safety of vehicles sold. | Import |
